Position Overview:
The User Growth Director will spearhead efforts to expand AI Vista’s user base and increase user engagement through targeted acquisition strategies and effective growth channel management. This role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in scaling user bases in consumer-centric environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically drive user acquisition and expansion of the user base through tailored growth initiatives and channel optimization.
Develop and manage comprehensive growth channels, both online and offline, to maximize reach and impact.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to align growth strategies with operational capabilities and enhancements.
Utilize analytics to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, informing decisions that boost acquisition and retention.
Implement and oversee rigorous testing regimes to refine and optimize growth tactics continually.
Lead the development of campaigns that effectively convey AI Vista’s value proposition, driving user engagement and adoption.
Manage and mentor the growth team, setting ambitious yet achievable goals to ensure consistent performance improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in user growth, digital marketing of internet business, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools.
Proven success in user acquisition, retention, and engagement in a tech or AI-driven company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for technology and AI.
