Role overview
You will be responsible to plan, oversee, and execute the activities associated with Operations Performance Monitoring section. You will develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyse structured and unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance to Data Management Policy and any relevant data governance aspects (e.g. policies, frameworks…etc) by empowering and supporting data stewards.
Enable internal and external data sharing and enhance and report Department/Agency data quality.
Use data to monitor service performance and customer service performance during normal and emergency operations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Big data/ Data Science/ AI /Statistics / Mathematics/ Research /IT from a recognized university engineering.

Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability to conceptualize tasks and accomplish them.
