Purpose
Support the execution of innovative media and marketing technology solutions across data, analytics, and engineering functions. This role is ideal for a curious, motivated individual who wants to learn by doing, contribute meaningfully to real projects, and gain exposure to how cutting-edge media and marketing operations run from the inside.
Responsibilities
Learn the Business of the Business
• Gain a foundational understanding of media, marketing, and performance advertising ecosystems.
• Participate in internal meetings to understand how data drives campaign planning, measurement, and optimization.
• Learn how various Attention Arc teams (data, strategy, media, and creative) collaborate to deliver value to clients.
Support Data & Tech Initiatives
• Assist with QA and validation of campaign data pipelines, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Contribute to research projects and competitive audits related to emerging ad tech, data platforms, or AI/ML applications.
• Work alongside analytics and engineering team members to document, test, and improve internal tools and processes.
Contribute to Real Work
• Participate in cross-functional sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Shadow analysts and technologists on key deliverables—such as client reporting, data audits, or platform integrations.
• Support special projects ranging from process automation to API research and tool evaluations.

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems, etc.)
• Some experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
• Data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or R)
• Visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio)
• Marketing or web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Demonstrated interest in advertising/media, technology, or data-driven storytelling.
