BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for an experienced **Back End Team Lead** to join our team!

Our Technology department is a 30-person distributed team of Software, QA, and DevOps engineers delivering amazing digital products on a leading-edge technology stack. We appreciate diversity of thought and backgrounds.
• *ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a back-end team lead, you will work cross-functionally with the product team, front-end engineers, architects, and QA. You will work with and help mentor other back-end engineers, help architect solutions to problems, and communicate with leadership about the needs of your team.
• *WHO YOU ARE**

• *EXPERIENCE**
• *Must have**
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience with server-side frameworks and languages
- 3+ years of Node.js experience
- Prior experience as a team lead or a lead architect supporting several developers
- Use a variety of tools to perform unit testing, automated builds, and source control
- You can demonstrate experience from at least one large scale project
- Autodidact who rapidly picks up new concepts and technologies
• *Nice-to-have**
- Computer Science Degree
- Knowledge of Cloud Foundry and k8s
- Knowledge of Concourse and CircleCI
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker
