Job Description:
The Sr. Cloud Security Specialist will drive public cloud security by developing effective security policies, standards, and guidelines. They will review engineering designs to ensure compliance with applicable standards and address security concerns.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
• Analyzing and reviewing cloud architecture diagrams to identify potential security concerns
• Defining and developing standards, controls, and guidelines for secure deployment and operation of public cloud services and containerized applications
• Providing governance and oversight for CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure code and image deployment
MUST-HAVE hard skills include strong Azure and/or GCP cloud experience, an engineering or architecture background, and infrastructure integration skills.
