Sr Scrum Master (Hybrid)
Cognizant is looking for a Scrum Master to manage your scrum team scope and timeline in line with PI objectives and to coach team members in Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe.
Job Location: San Ramon, CA
Responsibilities: Manage your scrum team scope and timeline in line with PI objectives.
Coordinate sprint retrospective meetings and daily standups.
Coach team members in Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or internal stakeholders RTE).
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests to align with program level objectives and priorities.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
Help teams implement changes effectively.
Ensure delivery standards are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint to align with client standards.
Work with RTE and other Scrum Masters to manage internal dependencies to achieve the ART objectives.
Educate, mentor, and coach the team from process and tools at regular intervals to improve agile adoption.
Assist and coach the product owner to maintain a healthy backlog.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience.
Possess extensive experience in Customer Service Management within the Telecom domain.
Must have Scrum Master Certification.
Experience with Agile Methodologies.

The salary rate for this position is between $97,000 - $110,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
