What the role offers
• *As a Lead Data Scientist you will**:
- Develop and Enhance ML Models: Build machine learning models leveraging cybersecurity domain knowledge to surface threat patterns and continuously improve security intelligence.
- Data Normalization& Entity Resolution: Create algorithms to unify data from diverse sources, enabling a single, accurate view of entities across datasets.
- Collaboration& Integration: Partner with engineering, threat hunters, and security experts to productionize models, validate solutions, and address real-world security challenges.
- Innovation& Thought Leadership: Collaborate with academia, publish research, deliver talks, and file patents to advance cybersecurity AI and ML capabilities.
What you need to Succeed
- Advanced Education& Expertise: MS or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science, with a strong ML and statistical background.
- Hands-On ML Development: 6+ years of experience in ML model development, including production-level work with LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Python for large-scale data manipulation, with experience in Databricks, PySpark, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Leadership& Innovation: Demonstrated success leading data science projects, driving innovation, and contributing to professional circles.
- Collaboration& Communication: Strong teamwork, adaptability, and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
