• * Role Overview:
• * As a Technical Lead at Chubb, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating architecture expertise and developing architecture diagrams/models aligned with technology landscape and solutions
- Supporting engagement efforts for process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/future-state processes
- Guiding the organization in maximizing the benefits of investments in the Service Now platform
- Leading technical aspects of project and solution delivery, providing technical leadership on best practices for Service Now support
- Configuring and developing modules to meet customers" business requirements
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of customers" hardware and software asset information within the Service Now Platform
- Staying informed about industry trends and new Service Now offerings to enhance platform usability
- Serving as a key resource for Service Now-specific questions and providing training and mentorship to team members
- Collaborating with Consultants and customers to improve processes and services for Service Now platform usage
- Promoting an Agile mindset and driving key initiatives to meet or exceed business objectives
• * Qualifications:
• *- Educational background in Technology, Business, IT Management, or related fields
- Strong working knowledge of Service Now products and implementation- 15+ years of experience on the Service Now platform in Senior Developer/Architect/Administrator roles
- Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and ITAM modules within the Service Now Platform
- Experience in Service Now CSM, ITSM, Case Management, CMDB, Service Portal, Knowledge Management, Dev Ops, ITOM, Dashboard & Reporting
- Proficiency in CSDM 3.0 and/or 4.0, ITIL concepts, data governance, and data lineage concepts
- Ability to support individual member growth and development plans and promote an Agile mindset
