They are seeking Senior Managers who possess a blend of technical expertise and the ability to engage with clients effectively. If you thrive in designing innovative AI architectures, developing prototypes, and helping non-technical stakeholders understand what's achievable, this role offers you the autonomy to make a genuine impact. Your Responsibilities • Collaborate with industry solution teams and engineering squads to develop actionable AI solutions • Lead initial client engagements, including discovery, scoping, feasibility, and value formulation • Create cloud-based prototypes using cutting-edge hyperscaler AI tools • Clearly communicate model capabilities, risks, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders • Support sales teams by providing technical credibility during bids and client discussions • Contribute to the development of a top-tier AI engineering capability Your Profile • Experience as a Senior/Lead Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Architect • Proven expertise with LLMs/SLMs, model evaluation, performance tuning, and deployment • Hands-on familiarity with at least two of the following: AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, OpenAI • Strong foundational knowledge in statistics, machine learning, data engineering, and big data principles • Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences • Understanding of cloud security, landing zones, and AI cost optimization (FinOps) Why Join This Team? • Significant career growth potential with a clear path to Director • Flexible hybrid working arrangements that truly accommodate your needs • Supportive leadership and a culture committed to learning and development • Access to enterprise-scale AI programs • Opportunity to experiment, prototype, and innovate Interested?
