We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist – Linux Patching to manage patching, security, and compliance of enterprise Linux systems in a banking environment.
Plan, schedule, and execute Linux OS patching (RHEL, Oracle Linux)
Automate and monitor patch deployment using Red Hat Satellite, Ansible, Oracle Enterprise Manager
Coordinate patch cycles with minimal business impact (ITIL-based)
Collaborate with Oracle DBAs and application teams
Troubleshoot OS- and database-related issues
Support vulnerability remediation and automation initiatives
Required Skills & Certifications:
RHEL / Oracle Linux patching, CLI expertise
Oracle Database on Linux and Grid Infrastructure
Cloud/hybrid exposure (OCP, OCI)
Certifications: RHCSA / RHCE, OCA, LFCE
Banking experience preferred
