**Responsibilities**: - Identify control gaps with respect to policies and standards and make recommendations on prioritized actions in tailoring an appropriate set of policies and standards. - Develop and review policies and standards by working closely and collaboratively with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to address their issues and concerns as related to policy development, review and implementation - Assist in supporting other tasks required by cybersecurity and compliance programs. • *Mandatory Requirements**: - A minimum seven (7) years of working experience in Information Technology with at least four (5) years in cyber security or equivalent. - Knowledge and experience of NIST CSF/800-53/RMF, ISO 27001/2, and COBIT - Background in previous roles related to policy development and review with a deep understanding of Cybersecurity risks and technologies for both enterprise IT and OT systems • *Nice-to-Have Requirements**: - Utilities industry experience • *Please Note**: - You will be required to provide your own laptop, basic software tools, and cell phone.
