Job Summary:
Lead the IT function to provide tools and systems that meet business requirements and support short-, medium-, and long-term corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an organization-wide IT strategy aligned with corporate vision.
• Ensure IT security strategy and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Design and implement enterprise architecture for secure information flow.
• Prepare and manage annual IT budgets and manpower forecasts.
• Oversee IT infrastructure stability and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships for projects above SAR 1 million.
• Establish KPIs and ensure SLA compliance.
• Mentor and develop IT team, succession planning for leadership roles.
Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems, MIS, or related field.
• Experience: 10–15 years in IT leadership roles with broad domain knowledge.
• Strategic planning, vendor management, leadership, problem-solving.
• Certifications: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Leadership, Communication, Change Management, Coaching & Facilitation.
