IT Software Project Coordinator
• Up to S$3,200 basic + bonus (1-2 years exp)
• 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee software development projects, coordinate activities and resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate software development project activities, resources, and timelines
• Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from project meetings
• Break down software projects into manageable tasks and set clear deadlines
• Assign tasks to internal development teams and track progress
• Address issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project execution
• Serve as the main point of contact, communicating project status and updates to all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT and software management.
• Knowledge of software development processes is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
