Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Carry out all relevant product-related processes within the department (e.g., Quality Control, SAO), including rework, repair, and photographing defective items.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and activities.
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and completeness of supplier invoice data and QC records in the system.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conditions for stock handling, storage, and checklist documentation.
Requirements
• Possess at least a NITEC qualification in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in within the retail jewellery industry Or manufacturing environment will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and methods.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
