Job Description
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team at jobs-for-humanity in Jeddah, SA. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to lead the development of innovative user experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the UI/UX design process from concept through execution, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions that meet business objectives and priorities.
The role involves conducting user research, creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design development. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and inspiring creative excellence by pushing boundaries
• Ensuring timely delivery of designs while maintaining high quality
• Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes
• Advocating for users by testing early designs and providing user-focused implementation suggestions
Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field
• 5+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2C and B2B products
• Demonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces
• Experience designing across multiple platforms and viewports
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD and/or Figma
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday.
