What You’ll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs used by global clients
• Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration
• Scale backend infrastructure to support rapid growth and high availability
• Contribute to roadmap planning, release management, and technical direction
• Mentor and guide junior team members as we grow
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with Django (required)
• Proficiency in Python and RESTful APIs
• Background in test-driven development
• Hands-on experience with databases and infrastructure: MySQL, Cassandra, Memcache, Redis, AWS
• Comfortable executing in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
• Prior team leadership or management experience is a plus
