Work Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: $13.60 - $14.70 per hour
Responsibilities:
- To support daily operations in a service laboratory, including process tracking, logistics coordination, and customer service, including process tracking, logistics coordination, and customer service.
- Enhance work processes and customer relations to elevate service quality.
- Lead customer service surveys, analyse feedback, and drive process improvements
- Track application payment and dosimeter issuance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate dosimeter preparation, distribution, and courier services for streamlined logistics and timely delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on returned dosimeters, maintain communication with customers, and manage courier job lists to ensure quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of study.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, operational, or customer service roles, preferably in a laboratory, technical, or service-based environment.
- Experience with dosimeters or other technical equipment is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
