About the Role: We are looking for a talented MI Engineer to join our team and help us turn data into actionable insights. You will work with large datasets, develop predictive models, and deliver data-driven solutions that support business objectives across various functions. The ideal candidate is proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, and has a passion for solving complex problems. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to translate business needs into data science solutions. • Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Continuously improve data processes and pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility. • Stay current with emerging data science techniques and tools to drive innovation. • Support experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure impact. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or SAS. • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn. • Experience working with large datasets and data engineering concepts. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Knowledge of business intelligence and domain-specific knowledge relevant to the industry.
