We are looking for an experienced Software QA Engineer to lead and support quality assurance activities in our software development lifecycle. The role involves working closely with development teams to drive compliance, audit readiness, defect resolution, and continuous improvement across software projects related to high-precision automation or semiconductor equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and ensure alignment with QMS standards.
• Develop and execute software quality audit plans across all critical development projects.
• Perform audits and reviews, reporting issues clearly and driving corrective actions to maintain quality and delivery goals.
• Build and automate data collection processes; use tools such as Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Smartsheets for metrics tracking and reporting.
• Track, document, and follow up on software defects from discovery to closure in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders.
• Support root cause analysis and help resolve internal or customer-reported defects using data and statistical tools.
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices within the QA and development teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Electronics or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Management, ideally within the semiconductor or automation equipment industry.
• Proficient in C++/C#, .NET, OOP, and SQL Scripts.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software quality best practices.
• Familiarity with software QA tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
