Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Java Developers and experienced Pega Developers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for Java developers seeking to transition into Pega, a leading low-code/no-code BPM and automation platform. You will receive training, hands-on project experience, and the opportunity to gain Pega certification.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications while training in Pega development.
• Participate in Pega certification programs and apply new skills on real-world projects.
• Assist in designing and implementing Pega solutions including workflow automation, case management, and business rules.
• Collaborate with senior developers, solution architects, and business analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug both Java and Pega applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to code documentation, team coding standards, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint activities when required.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in Java development (experience with Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs is preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong willingness to learn and transition into Pega development.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and proactive in learning.
