Responsibilities:
• Acquires orders from email and phone calls, verifies, and enters products, passes orders to fulfillment, and discusses stock-outs and estimated delivery dates.
• Promote or upsell company services to the existing clients based on their purchasing history.
• Manage key account and maintain good client relationship.
• Prepare sales quotation and follow up with prospect clients to generate sales.
• Maintains distribution system backorder report, corresponding customer expediting report and notifications, and customer notification.
• Reports to management market trends, competitive pricing, and consumer feedback.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Support or Inside Sales, preferably from IT or electrical or electronics industry
