Job Title: Elite Cover Receptionist – 0h Casual and 40h Contracts Available
Location: Central London (Zone 1, various client sites near major Tube stations)
Salary: £15.51 per hour (Casual) or £29,000 per annum (Full-time, 40 hours)
Contract Type: Full-time / Casual
Working Hours: 0–40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (as scheduled)
Shift Pattern: Typically 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00
Holiday Entitlement:
• Full-time contracts: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
• Casual: pro rata, in line with statutory entitlements
About the Role
As an Elite Cover Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience at multiple prestigious client locations across Central London. You’ll act as the first point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming presence at all times. This dynamic role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and staff
• Manage reception desks across different locations in Zone 1
• Issue and track security passes
• Monitor and manage dedicated email accounts
• Represent the client with confidence, professionalism, and courtesy
• Coordinate with on-site teams and support partners to ensure smooth operations
• Handle enquiries and provide accurate information promptly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Entry level to 1–2 years in reception, hospitality, or customer service roles
• Skills and Attributes:
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, neat, and professional presentation
• Proactive and friendly approach
• Confident using email and standard IT systems
• Qualifications: Not mandatory but experience in hospitality, corporate reception, or guest services is advantageous
