Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) with strong cloud development and core engineering expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems on modern cloud platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade applications, develop cloud-native services, and contribute to innovative projects leveraging emerging technologies, including AI (a plus, not a must).
What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and microservices leveraging modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure solutions on Azure (preferred) or other major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Develop APIs, backend services, and integration layers to support large-scale enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, DevOps, and product teams to ensure robust solution design and delivery.
• Optimize system performance, monitoring, and operational efficiency using modern tools and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving emerging tech — such as Generative AI or LLMs — as an extension of your core development expertise.
What You Bring
• 9+ years of hands-on software development experience building distributed, enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Proven experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integrating cloud-native components.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).
• Experience with security, scalability, and performance optimization in production environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML APIs, Azure Cognitive Services, or Generative AI tools is a plus (not a requirement).
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions.
