We are seeking for a passionate IT individual that will join as a Managed Service Associate as part of our Cloud Operations Center. The Associate is dedicated to monitor incoming alerts, provide resolution, maintain pro-active customer communications with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. **Must be willing to work on a shift basis.**
• *Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Perform first level of troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate to 2nd level of support within the SLA.
- Maintain ownership of tickets and follow-up until closure.
- Gather accurate and complete relevant information and record in ticketing system.
- Monitor all critical alerts promptly and escalate to 2nd level of support through appropriate channels.
- Document and update all reported incidents and service requests in ITSM tool.
• *Experience & Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering or any related field
- Experience in using Operating Systems: Linux or Unix / Windows
- Experience in Scripting Languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, Perl, PHP, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, SQL
- Public Cloud Certification is a plus:
- AWS, Azure or GCP
- Azure Sentinel Ninja Training Certification
- Microsoft SC200 Certification
- Certified Ethical Hacker - CEH (preferred)
