We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to support U.S. operations for a fast-growing SaaS technology company focused on delivering modern cloud-based solutions to enterprise clients. This is a full-time, fully remote position working EST hours. The ideal candidate specializes in backend development with strong experience building scalable Node.js APIs for SaaS platforms. Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Location: 100% Fully Remote, candidate must be in one of the following 13, US States; California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Ohio
• Travel to NYC 2-4 times / year
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript to support enterprise SaaS applications
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable backend solutions
• Implement, optimize, and maintain microservices, data models, and integrations across the platform
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive best practices for backend development
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure reliability, performance, and security of APIs
• Support agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and continuous integration/deployment workflows
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a focus on backend systems
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with experience building scalable APIs
• Experience working in an event driven architecture environment
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• SaaS, enterprise software, or scalable cloud application experience preferred but not required
Compensation
• Base Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus + Full Health Benefits/PTO/401K
• Role is 100% remote, but candidates must be based in the U.S. 13 approved states and available to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours
• Must be authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available
