About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices within two engineering teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile methodologies, as well as experience supporting platform engineering teams in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and other formal Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with the Lead Scrum Master and participate in Scrum of Scrums
• Support quarterly planning and execution cycles
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile methodologies
• Background in systems and infrastructure, particularly in cloud environments
• Experience supporting platform engineering teams
• Familiarity with enterprise-level planning and coordination
