Company Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with strong delivery leadership ability to join our client in the IT services and IT Consulting industry.
Experience managing squads and helping to shape & align teams will be required.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Seasoned understanding of Scrum & Kanban principles and adaptations of waterfall & hybrid models
Ability to facilitate all events in Scrum, demonstrate what good looks like and maximise value of all the events
Embed agreed practices (events/WoW) with the teams, challenge and hold people accountable-have the personality & flair to do this
Familiarity with different estimation techniques and facilitate the team for road mapping & delivery planning (fixed scope/cost) exercises
Used to leading PI planning to create credible roadmaps and fix scope delivery commitments.
Help the team adher to DoR, DoR and frame definitions of what constitutes an Epic/Story
Help team leverage existing data & metrics (lead/cycle times, throughput, release trajectories) to produce (and commit to) to credible delivery plans
Help Team visualise, manage and resolve dependencies and blockers
JIRA super user (advanced roadmap) and familiar with EazyBI
JIRA AD experience
Desirable Skills/Experience
Helping product management with product backlog management (prioritisation techniques) using principles like INVEST, DEEP
Ability to facilitate story mapping/impact mapping workshops to enable backlog management/road-mapping
