We are seeking a born leader that will be responsible for leading a team of presales professionals. This role will provide technical knowledge and guidance to other presales team members in order to provide clients with end-to-end solutions to adopt public cloud services. In addition, this role will be responsible to work closely with other presales team members to provide them with the technical write-up and research results for a specific existing or new cloud technologies. Furthermore, the role will conduct POCs/POVs and provide technical content with the form of presentations or proposals to the presales and marketing teams.

• *Business Enablement**
- Manage the key accounts to identify business challenges, articulate the needed solutions to solve the business problems & achieve the business's goal.
- Act as customer consultant of the new trends and services and advise on the best model to adopt while launching a new service.
- Act as missionaries for the products & services set in discussions with potential customers & partners to direct opinions and inspire action.
- Collaborate with the product team head to design the products roadmap to make sure the dynamic markets and the customers' needs are captured & reflected in the product strategy.
- Guarantee the technical applicability of the designed solutions with the technical team with focus on delivering a sustainable solution that fulfils business needs.
- Oversee the quality of the Solution-specific deliverables (Technical proposal, demonstration, presentation, Sales Kit, etc.).
- Participate in sales supporting activities to ensure continuity and success in customer's adoption, consumption, and further expansion of the company's solutions.
- Monitor sales metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and win/loss ratios, to identify areas for improvement and to track progress towards sales targets.

- Manage a team of technical sales specialists and solution architects. This will involve setting team goals, managing workloads and providing guidance and mentorship.
- Maintain a positive, productive, and consistent team culture.
- Develop strategies and processes to improve team performance and productivity.
• *Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or any related field
- Azure Solutions Architect certification is preferred - Expert, AWS Solutions Architect - Professional, GCP Professional Cloud Architect
- Cloud Network Specialty certification preferred
- Cloud Security Specialty certification preferred
