What You’ll Do
• Architect and refactor backend services for scalability to handle enterprise-level data volumes and performance benchmarks seamlessly.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and solve challenges.
• Work with infrastructure teams to scale services and perform root cause analysis.
What You Bring
• over 5 years of backend experience, ideally in startups or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of architecting backends that successfully scaled to support significantly larger customer bases.
• Mandatory : Knowledge of LLMs and optimizing solutions using AI.
• Expertise in Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud architectures (AWS, Lambda). React nice to have
• Hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-scale APIs (REST/GraphQL), event-driven design, caching patterns
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and web security.
• Experience in test-driven development and performance optimization.
