Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022)
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and File Services
Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter environments
Perform VM provisioning, snapshots, cloning, resource optimization, and performance tuning
Monitor system health, capacity, and availability; resolve incidents and outages
Handle patching, upgrades, and security hardening for Windows and VMware platforms
Perform backup and recovery operations (Veeam or similar tools)
Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams
Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs
Participate in on-call support and maintenance windows as required
