**Tech-Lead | Back-End | Fintech**
We are seeking a Tech-Lead to work for a rapidly growing Fintech company based in Dubai. Our client has grown exponentially, globally and requires a highly experienced Tech Lead who can bolster their Back-end Development team.
• *What we are looking for**:
• *Required Experience**:
- 5+ Years of experience as a Senior / Lead Engineer
- Extensive experience of programming in languages such as Perl, Python, PHP, C/C++, Go or Ruby
- Experience of Test-driven-Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of Information Security
- Outstanding communications skills
• *Advantageous Experience**:
- Asynchronous programming and scalable systems
- Relational database design and/or open-source RDBMS systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Linux and other open source platforms
