Inside Sales Engineer- Security Systems
As an Inside Sales Team Engineer, you will be based in Abu Dhabi and support UAE customers by identifying requirements through telephone or email interactions. You will offer standard and specific solutions to retain customers and maximize opportunities.
The Inside Sales Support team collaborates with Outside Sales Field Operations Customer representatives and technical services resources to ensure proposals meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Create proposals using CPQ / pricing tools / Service selection tool
• Partner with local area teams for onsite asset counts, site details, review of PPM Reports and MRF for labor and material jobs, guidance on pricing, and upsell opportunities
• Review and approve proposal submissions, order receipts, and capture all actions in Salesforce
• Follow up with customers via outbound calling and emails, and review current and expiring contracts
