Minimum Qualifications
• Lead Developer/architect level
• proof of concept, they will not be writing code but need to understand it
• insurance (any except the healthcare umbrella)
• they do not need an architect from somewhere like IBM. They are a mid level insurance firm who are trying to expand but they are not an IBM/Liberty type of company
• needs sound architectural practice
• if there is a director level person who wants to take a step back, open to that as well
• they will go through a conceptual coding quiz
• STRONG AWS/JAVA
• 15+ years of experience in relevant programming languages, software development principles, and a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural initiatives.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing architect teams is preferred.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks within solution design.
• Performance analysis on implemented solutions.
