This is a pivotal role that blends administration, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update the UK dealer database, including contact details, opening hours, and compliance logsManage dealer agreements, contract updates, and onboarding documentationCoordinate internal and external communications for new dealer commencementsSupport supplier contract processes, renewals, and industry body membershipsTrack and report on departmental budgets and supplier invoicesProvide diary management and meeting support for the network development teamAssist with training admin, including TMS updates, training levy calculations, and e-learning content updatesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong administrative and organisational skillsExperience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with contract handling, CRM systems, or LMS platforms is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesA proactive, detail-focused mindsetWhy Apply?Join a dynamic, high-growth automotive brandCompetitive salary and full benefits package
