Job Description :
The Business Process Management (BPM) Community of Practice (CoP) is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to support and enhance multiple workflow applications across the organization. The team provides BPM services, platform support, and development standards, while also offering internal consulting to various technology groups on workflow design and implementation.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, and support of Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. You will collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional IT partners to enable seamless integration and effective use of the Pega platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Pega-based workflow applications.
• Administer and support the Pega platform, including configuration and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient platform usage and integration.
• Contribute to BPM design standards and best practices.
• Support end-to-end workflow transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega BPM.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in Pega application development and platform administration.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, MQ, HTTP.
Preferred Skills
• 2+ years of Pega platform administration experience.
• Basic Java development knowledge.
• Familiarity with Linux and shell scripting.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
