Presently we have a Job Opening for a Scrum Master-Service Now position
• *Job Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on ServiceNow development projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Track and report key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress, to stakeholders and leadership.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects,
- Preferably with a focus on ServiceNow
