• Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Management: Expertise in managing identity and access solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring secure and seamless access for users.
• Enterprise Managed Services: Proficient in the management and implementation of Microsoft 365 workloads, with a strong focus on Exchange Online, Entra ID (AAD), Intune, and PowerShell.
• Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Management: Skilled in fostering customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, feedback collection, and continuous service improvement.
• Technical Documentation & Communication: Experienced in creating, revising, and translating technical documentation and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Migrate authentication and authorization of applications from LDAP to AD and Entra ID*
