About the role: We are looking for a Lead Process Analyst to analyze, design, and optimize system workflows and business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage process analysts and support them for different process workflow configurations
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Define system workflows and integration schemes to enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define API interactions, system dependencies, and message flows.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong process decomposition skills and ability to write clear technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with business rules engines, decision modelling, and workflow configuration.
