A company is looking for a Scrum Master Manager to enable Agile delivery teams to deliver value iteratively and foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and coach up to two Scrum delivery teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum principles and SAFe practices
Facilitate key ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions
Remove impediments and mentor teams on backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
7+ years working with Agile methodologies in large-scale, complex environments
Validated Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist)
Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (preferably Azure DevOps)
Proven ability to coach teams and facilitate removal of impediments
