UX/UI Designer IV with Tax and Accounting
About the Role:
• Lead user research and experience audits to uncover opportunities and validate design decisions.
• Create prototypes, design concepts, and specifications that balance user needs with business goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering partners to drive projects from concept to launch.
• Build expertise in accounting-focused products to ensure solutions address real-world user challenges.
Requirements:
• User Research & Discovery: Conducting interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and experience audits to identify customer problems.
• Design & Prototyping: Creating design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications for complex systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with product triads (PM, PD, XD) and engineering teams to execute solutions.
• Accounting & Finance Knowledge: Understanding accounting workflows, systems, and financial processes.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Translating research insights into actionable design solutions.
