Masader is looking for Voice Engineer (CISCO telephony) to be placed for one of the clients based in KSA.
- Manage, administer UCCE / PCCE contact center environment.
- Set up routing plan and manage user accounts in CUCM.
- Manage and monitor all voice projects throughout the AOR as the DISA voice SME.
- Implement IVR system fully and achieve considerable positive impact on caller satisfaction.
- Experience providing and implementing network infrastructures and developing, operating, and managing a VoIP environment.
- Integrate the UC phone system with TDM PBX currently in use and design dial plan architecture to prevent overlapping extensions.
- Assist in daily monitoring and troubleshooting network problems with protocols MPLS, EIGRP.
- Provide the hardware / software configurations for Cisco voice gateways, Cisco IP phones, and analog voice gateway.
- Move add changes on CUCM, CUC and UCCX.
- Configure H323 and MGCP gateways with PRI and FXO.
- Provision and validate DHCP, DNS record for customer domains.
- Administer all Cisco UC and UCCE operational bug updates and upgrades.
