Delphi Developer
to join a well-established software company based in
Gateshead . This is a fantastic opportunity to work on robust, business-critical applications in a collaborative and technically strong environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using
Delphi. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, support, and product management. Participate in the full software development lifecycle - from requirements gathering to deployment. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in
Delphi development
(preferably Delphi 7 or later). Strong understanding of
Object-Oriented Programming
principles. Experience working with
SQL databases Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with legacy system migration or integration. Exposure to other technologies such as C#, .NET, or web-based frameworks. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
