• Position Title: Site Manager/ Project Lead (Residential & Renovation)

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)

• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute landed house, condominium, and HDB renovation projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors, allocating manpower and resources to meet project milestones.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, specifications, and design details, highlight discrepancies and propose practical solutions.
• Coordinate and attend site and technical meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities.
• Manage site works, including structural alterations, architectural finishes, and interior (fit-out) to comply with approved drawings and regulations.
• Monitor daily site progress, conduct regular inspections, and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and update project programs, work schedules, and progress reports for management and clients.
• Handle contract administration, including variation orders, progress claims, back-charges, and final accounts.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on procurement, delivery, and installation to avoid delays.
• Resolve site issues promptly and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Perform other ad hoc project-related duties as assigned.

• Diploma or equivalent in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Having landed house construction or condo/HDB renovation experience would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local regulations, authority requirements, and construction methods for residential projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects independently.
