About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Consumer Insights and Data Analytics to lead our initiatives in consumer insights and first-party data capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will define and shape the company’s insights and analytics strategy, overseeing the vision, roadmap, and operations. We need a strategic thinker who can dissect and prioritize critical business questions along with a hands-on approach to data analysis, ensuring that insights are actionable and seamlessly integrated into our decision-making processes.
Your responsibilities will include leading primary research efforts, employing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and collaborating with internal teams to unlock the full potential of our first-party data. Candidates should possess a robust background in consumer insights, analytics, research, and strategy, ideally within the realms of media, sports, entertainment, and digital platforms.
The perfect candidate will have a track record of successfully blending traditional consumer research with first-party data, as well as experience in building and growing teams. You should be skilled in influencing senior stakeholders, balancing qualitative and quantitative insights, and be an effective collaborator who understands the nuances of next-gen sports fans. Familiarity with social platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital content performance metrics is crucial, as is a genuine passion for youth culture and the ability to leverage fan behavior into programming and content partnerships.
