Our client is seeking a Salesforce Architect with a strong background in life sciences and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem! In this role, you will lead the Solution Management pillar, focusing on patient engagement and contact center applications. You will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of applications, overseeing a team of product owners and product managers, and driving key strategic initiatives. This position reports directly to your team and requires a highly experienced individual with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Solution Management pillar, managing a wide range of applications and focusing on ecosystems and engagement applications, including contact centers. • Guide and mentor a team of product owners and product managers. • Collaborate with development teams, understanding technical intricacies and ensuring smooth project execution. • Write and manage Jira stories throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concepts to final execution. • Contribute to the strategic program, Dega, serving as a strong program manager for various tracks within the initiative. • Interface regularly with the Power BI team and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. • Leverage Agile principles (Kanban and Scrum) to manage and execute product releases, with an average of seven releases per year. Required Qualifications: • Deep Salesforce experience with a focus on Health Cloud. • Proven Agile background with hands-on experience in writing Jira stories, managing project phases, and executing on principles. • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience in Patient Support Programs or Patient Engagement. • Technically curious with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. • Ability to write low-level SOQL queries and interpret Power BI reports. • Familiarity with data pipelines and the data flow within systems like Snowflake. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Licenses Cloud. • A background in life sciences.
