Job Description:
Pay Range: $85hr - $90hr
Responsibilities:
• Support delivery across data and AI workstreams.
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to help stabilize execution.
• Provide structure around scoping, dependencies and technical decision-making.
• Identify risks early and propose practical mitigations.
• Help reduce noise and streamline engineering workflows.
• Translate open-ended AI requests into workable solution outlines.
• Support design sessions for RAG, agentic systems, domain-adapted models and regulated-entity-safe architectures.
• Review technical artifacts for clarity, feasibility and alignment with constraints.
• Offer guidance grounded in practical application.
• Coach teams on structured reasoning, analytic writing, communication clarity, data literacy and engineering thinking.
• Build guides, templates and repeatable patterns for better execution.
• Promote clean thinking and technical discipline across the team.
• Provide input on architecture notes, solution drafts and technical narratives.
• Help sharpen write-ups and ensure ideas are clearly communicated.
• Serve as a collaborative technical partner to leadership.
Experience:
• 10+ years in data engineering, machine learning, AI or applied AI roles.
• Ability to bring clarity to complex engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, including RAG, agents, evaluations and data flows.
• Excellent communication and structured thinking skills.
• Experience operating in regulated environments.
• Steady, solution-driven working style.
