Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team in Singapore. You will drive data‑informed improvements to the product’s UI/UX by analysing user behaviour, identifying friction points in user journeys, and partnering with designers and developers to deliver intuitive, user‑centric experiences across our B2C platforms. What Would Be Your Responsibilities: • Analyse product and user interaction data to identify opportunities for improvement in UI/UX, user journeys, and overall product performance • Propose solutions and assist with drafting product requirements based on data, competitor benchmarking and business feedback to boost user growth • Coordinate between development team and overseas regulated entities, ensuring seamless integration of international business requirements • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), with a strong focus on validating UI/UX, user flows, and edge cases to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience What We Require From You: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), UI/UX, Interaction Design, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in product analysis and translating requirements into actionable UI/UX enhancements, preferably in B2C FinTech or e commerce • Strong attention to detail, focused on observing, interpreting, and responding to consumer behavior patterns and user interaction data • Proficient in English and conversational in Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin) What You Can Look Forward To: • Competitive compensation package • Career growth and personal development within a growing global organization • A flat organizational structure that values collaboration and transparency
