Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives identifying and documenting business processes and pain points. Creating functional and non-functional requirement documentations for solutions.
• Analyzing existing systems and processes to identify gaps, pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop solutions that align with business needs.
• Assess risks and developing mitigation strategies. Ensuring solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Tracking project progress and managing timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders. Effectively communicate concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure that software and systems meet defined standards of quality, reliability, and performance before deployment. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report defects using tools like JIRA.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Skills Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Analytics or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms in Mobility, Analytics, Cloud and Social with a strong self-initiative to keep up with Digital trends.
• Good understanding of user experience design, general web & mobile application functions, usability testing for mobile and internet websites.
• Worked with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Working experience in a financial services industry and / or operating under strict regulatory constraints is an advantage.
• Problem solver with ability to see things in multiple angles, constantly challenge the norm and constantly looking for better solutions to problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and process skills.
• High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
