Position: UX/UI Designer (Product Design)
Overview
We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer to join our software product team. Your mission is to simplify user journeys
, design intuitive workflows, and deliver modern, polished UI for our web-based products. This is a hands-on design role focused on UX structure + high-fidelity UI
, with strong collaboration with Product and Engineering.
What you’ll do
• Turn product requirements into clear user flows, sitemaps, and screen journeys
• Design wireframes → high-fidelity UI screens (responsive where needed)
• Create clickable prototypes to align stakeholders and guide development
• Produce structured handoff deliverables (states, behaviors, edge cases, responsive rules)
• Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to deliver on roadmap
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years UX/UI experience designing software products (SaaS/web apps)
• Strong portfolio showing user journeys + final UI screens
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe XD (both preferred) or similar tools
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced team
Nice to have
• Experience with enterprise/B2B products, dashboards, workflow-heavy systems
• Basic front-end awareness (HTML/CSS/JS) for better feasibility and handoff
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
