We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with approximately 3 years of industry experience to join our analytics/AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data pipelines, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets. • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, or clustering tasks. • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders. • Perform feature engineering, model validation, A/B testing, and model performance monitoring. • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to define data needs and project requirements. • Deploy ML models into production environments (if applicable: using tools like AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, etc.). • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Document analytical processes, model decisions, and experiment outcomes. • Stay updated with industry trends, new ML algorithms, and best practices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer. • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn. • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. • Hands-on experience building and evaluating ML models. • Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Python (Matplotlib/Seaborn/Plotly). • Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and data modeling.
